The option here means choice. On the job, everyone will be mentally cornered many times. Sometimes it’s not clear what’s pushing you. Then try to identify the root of the problem. No, it doesn’t mean you can solve it if you have successfully identified it. Still, by making “invisible” anxiety visible, you can think about whether the root of the problem is something you can control. If it’s something you can’t control, you can’t do anything about it. So don’t worry about it and let it go. Well, of course, I know in my head, but it isn’t easy to behave that way ^^;
One more thing. If you have only one countermeasure, and it doesn’t work out, it’s game over. But if you could think of or make other options, wouldn’t that alone alleviate your anxiety? I recently had the opportunity to feel that way.
