Various titles are written on business cards. Looking at it, I can understand, “Oh, this person is in charge of that thing in the organization.” A “high” title requires a certain level of careful attitude. If it’s not so much, it’s enough to deal with it ^^) Thus, the title change people’s behavior.
However, we are not comfortable if we have different responses depending on the title. I want to provide services by showing my value rather than working with the help of my job title. I prefer to work with people who “buy” me. This makes me much happier.
