Control it, not being controlled by it

I love soccer (i.e., football). I’ve been rooting for my national team since it was very very weak. Even now, it’s not that strong (^^;.

I have seen many games where it went on the offensive and ended up with a scoreless draw or lost a goal at the end of the game. What is this?

I think that when you have an overwhelmingly high percentage of ball control but you are not in control of the game, victory is far from assured. Conversely, the opposing team that is deliberately letting you attack is dominating the game. Let them attack, win the ball, and take advantage of the few chances they get on the counter.

This kind of thing happens in our daily business as well. All of a sudden, you get a variety of inquiries, and you are forced to solve problems with different approaches than usual. You feel more and more pressured. It’s a situation where you are being controlled by external factors.

What can I do to reverse this situation and take control of myself? First, take a deep breath. Then, take action.
