It’s been about half a year. Well, various things I wanted to write about were in my mind, but in the end, I couldn’t muster the determination to take action.
A significantly large project has finally concluded. The results are yet to unfold, and by next month, I’ll be thrown into a challenging journey again until the end of March next year.
I might be writing something similar to Episode 40, but it’s crucial to consider the goal. Daily life is filled with unreasonable and irritating things. Don’t you all agree? ^^)
Sometimes, one gets frustrated with someone who can’t do something. Thinking about why that person can’t do it, how to convey it, and so on. But what is the ultimate goal? When you ponder that, you realize that many things that come to mind are useless for achieving that goal.
If the goal is for someone to be able to do something next time, an analysis of why they couldn’t do it is necessary. For that, it’s essential to conduct interviews. Compelling interviews requires drawing out the other person’s true feelings. To do that, you need to become a good listener. Once the analysis is done, it’s necessary to communicate it. Imagining the way of conveying it is also challenging. In other words, promoting a behavioral change more than conveying the analysis results is necessary for achieving the goal.
By contemplating a little like this, there’s a lot to do. The less time spent complaining about someone who couldn’t do it, the better (^^).
